All prices quoted include Value added Tax at standard rate.

Products

All goods supplied by Belfast Flower Shop remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Belfast Flower Shop within 3 days of the delivery date.

All products shown on this website may vary from the images. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received.

Belfast Flower Shop cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

For flower deliveries, should the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a delivery has been attempted.

Some flowers may be substituted from the image shown due to season and availability of flowers by the local delivery florist but will be of the same value.

Orders

Duplicate Payments or Orders Cancelled will be refunded the full amount minus the 4.5% credit card transaction fee we have to pay.

Orders for non-perishable goods may be cancelled within 7 working days from receipt. Return delivery charges are payable however we will issue a full refund. Please note this does not apply to flower orders. Prefered delivery times are not guaranteed. All efforts will be made to deliver on the specified date (priority is given to funeral flowers).

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that flowers will be delivered via a local florist and in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full if undelivered.Your statutory rights are not affected

Access to and use of this site is provided by Belfast Flower Shop subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service and to improve the content of the Belfast Flower Shop website.

We will not e-mail you in the future regarding future promotions unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

Belfast Flower Shop does not store any customer's credit/debit card details. This site uses PayPal for online credit card transactions.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at admin@belfastflowershop.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Cookies are used to keep track the contents of your shopping cart.

Complaints

Complaints can be accepted by phone, mail or email. We will respond by phone or email as appropriate within the next two working days. Although each case will be dealt with on its merits, the general policy is to refund or replace goods where they are found to have been substandard, not delivered or late delivered (ie outside the limits of our guarantees on delivery dates. We will aim to resolve any complaint to our customers satisfaction within one week of the initial contact.
