Returns Policy
We aim to provide a first rate experience but if there are any issues please report to us immediately upon receipt, by email and attach a supporting photograph to info@belfastflowershop.co.uk, to allow us to investigate. Please be advised that as fresh Flowers are perishable products, we cannot accept a request for a return that is notified to us after 3 days from date of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be available for us to collect from the address of the Recipient. If the complaint is valid we will offer you a replacement product of equal value or a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 10 business days to appear in your account to allow for bank processing times.
