No, the florist contacts and arranges with the recipient when they'll be at home/office, to receive your Fresh flowers. We'll let you know as soon as they're delivered.
The florist contacts the receiving person using the phone number that you have provided and arranges delivery when they'll be at home/office to receive your Fresh flowers. Your bouquet is personally delivered by hand and we'll keep you informed when it is successfully delivered!
On a small number of occasions, to ensure the brilliant Freshness that we pride ourselves on, the florist may select for your Bouquet, flowers slightly different from the picture but they will always be super Fresh and of equal or greater value.
